We believe that learning the life story of those we serve is the first step in building relationships and helps us support residents while adjusting to their new home.  Resident voice and lived experience helps us shape their plan of care and focus on the needs of the individual.  For many, finding purpose, learning new skills and becoming involved in meaningful daily activity helps to improve and maintain quality of life. Recognizing people for what they can do rather than what they can not is our primary focus.
